3D Printed fitment caps designed as a simple and consumable solution for product testing.  The previous tools were hand machined and often fell apart or failed to remain air tight.  To save our team time, I designed caps that integrated the appropriate threaded holes to make assembly and function as simple as possible.

The caps are fitting with a valve to control the flow of air while also featuring a muffler on the bottom.  The muffler allows the air to pass through but greatly reduces the sound as an added benefit the operators.

The Red cap is made to work with 2" BSP threaded connections while the Blue cap is made to work with 2" Buttress threaded connections.
